Payment Schedule:
1. 50% Deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
2. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
3. For a reservation less than 45 days in advance of arrival date
the full
amount of the rental is due.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation after the
deposit is
received and more than 90 days prior to arrival date, the deposit
shall be
refunded to the guest minus a 20% service fee. If guest cancels
less than
90 days prior to arrival date, funds paid are non-refundable.
