Important Information 1. TAXES: The rental rates do not include 15% Mexican Sales Taxes and are subject to change without notice.2. NOT INCLUDED: Food or drinks, staff gratuities, personal laundry service and transportation. 3. MINIMUM RENTAL is 7 nights from November through April and 3 nights from May through October. 4. EARLIEST CHECK IN TIME is 2:00 PM for all the villas and keys pick up is done at Las Palmas Travel offices. CHECK OUT is 12:00 PM noon, for all the villas. Flight schedule information (airline, arrival and departure flight numbers and times) is required at least one week before arrival. 5. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of reservation to continue reservation. Balance is payable upon arrival or within 30 days before arrival depending on the property reserved. Booking agents must pay the balance at least 30 days prior to arrival of guests. 6. CANCELLATIONS: All payments are non refundable unless the property can be rented for the exact dates cancelled, in which case a 15 % administrative fee over the payment will be withheld. Reservation revisions, no shows and early departures will be considered cancellations and are subject to these terms. 7. RESPONSIBILITY: Las Palmas Travel, the property owner and/or any travel or booking agent assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God or occurrences outside of our control or from improper or insufficient passport, visas or other documents delays, cancellations or changes in the guest itinerary or schedule. Las Palmas Travel reserves the right to change the reservation to a similar property of equal or greater value if the reserved property becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside of our control.
