Upstairs living area creates an elegant but comfortable atmosphere for your relaxation. There is a magnificent view of the Bay, a vallartan sunset will accompany memorable evening meals. Relax, read or play games by the pool. The 180º stunning panoramic view of the Ocean is spectacular from all the living areas. All three bedrooms have private Terraces and afford views of the twin beaches which bring the balmy breezes
from the Pacific to the house. Take a leisurely walk to the beautiful Conchas Chinas
beach.
The staff will be there to ensure your visit is a memorable one. Tina, the housekeeper, keeps all 5000 square feet of the villa immaculate for guests. Ivan, the houseman, maintains the villa to the highest quality; serves breakfast and dinner daily, makes incredible margaritas, shops daily for groceries. Chayo, the excellent cook, prepares two delicious meals of your desire. Staff is off on Sundays.
