De reciente construcción, se localiza a dos cuadras de la playa y tiene tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal en el último nivel cuenta con cama king, baño privado, aire acondicionado y una terraza con vista a la Bahía de Banderas. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar las puestas del sol.
